Our Internships
Internships
We invite you to join us for internships in various fields.
To live an extraordinary adventure on the other side of the world (Summer, Winter, Autumn and Spring) throughout the year to destinations in Africa (Togo in particular).
You have the opportunity to do an international humanitarian mission, an internship.
We offer students in training period and willing to do their internship in Africa, internships agreed to pre-established missions before their departure. A relationship trainee and RDOM is established during the pre-internship period to model a mission that will benefit everyone.
You will be very quickly served because the NGO itself has specialized in several domains and also undertakes cooperation with some local organizations.
By choosing to do your internship in Africa is more than an internship that you will perform.
It is also the discovery of Africa with its realities and its potentialities. If the internship does not correspond to the activities proposed by the NGO, the latter undertakes to find one in the field you are targeting. However, there is no remuneration since the participants have a volunteer status. The internships are of a variable duration and flexible according to the desire of the trainee.
INFORMATION ON INTERNSHIPS
Outside Camps building site, RDOM can accommodate trainees, for end-of-study courses or for medium and long-term humanitarian missions. The host community is the beneficiary of the project or humanitarian action.
Profile:
Student or young graduates wishing to do a volunteer internship in Africa (rural or urban). Here, the trainees do not receive a salary but enrich themselves in a way while contributing to a collective project. It is an effective means of education and further training but above all it is a life course that we offer to our trainees. Leaving the familiar environment and adapting to another way of life with the inhabitants and working and communication methods as well as different languages. The medium or long-term internship is open to everyone regardless of their skills and situation.
In addition, given the diversity of missions, volunteers can be brought from the urban environment to reach a rural area more distant some time and vice versa.
The duration of the courses can vary from one month and more.
The NGO is committed to housing its volunteers, to help them in the formalities (registration at the consulate ...) and to accompany them throughout their projects (translation, contact with officials ...)
