Volunteering
Volunteering is a formal commitment for a limited period of time. The volunteer is not an employee but may receive an indemnity. Or the term "volunteering" has multiple meanings. It brings together a set of legal statuses under which people engage in work at home or abroad. These statutes are on the border between volunteering and salaried work.
Why commit?
Mr Nicolas Kazadi, Senior Adviser on Sustainable Development Goals at the United Nations Development Program, stressed this: "Volunteering is a tool to achieve the SDGs in the sense that volunteers bring their own contribution in a structure that has human resources according to their organization chart, but still needs support to do its work. "
According to the NGO Rural Development Organization Movement today it is important to involve volunteering in all sectors and make it a lever of development, since it is the effective tool in the implementation of Goal 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals.

A building site
It is a place where we work in a given setting or the site reserved for campers for the realization of a given project or where the goal of the campers will be accomplished. On a site, group work creates a dynamic that is conducive to learning. The work is organized in a structured way. Particular care must be attached to the way in which the instructions are given and the sharing and responsibility of the learners.
A camp
It is the grouping of individuals in one place for a limited period of time to accomplish a specific goal. On the camp, the interest of the group is a priority and campers are subject to specific regulations. The development of group work or collective work camp have very special interests that often includes 5 to 15 people or more.
